作者权利声明Writer Rights
我们相信，出版平台的价值应该来自帮助作者成功，而不是控制作者。作者在选择一个平台发表作品以前，有权清楚知道自己的作品会发生什么。We believe a publishing platform should create value by helping writers succeed—not by controlling them. Before publishing, writers deserve to know clearly what happens to their work.
1. 你拥有自己的作品1. You own your work
除非你另外签署明确、独立的书面协议，否则你的著作权仍然属于你。上传、发表或销售作品，并不等于将作品所有权转让给平台。Unless you sign a separate, explicit written agreement, your copyright remains yours. Uploading, publishing or selling does not transfer ownership to the platform.
2. 你有权选择非独家发表2. You may publish non-exclusively
普通发表采用非独家原则。在符合你与其他第三方已有合同的前提下，你可以继续自行出版、通过其他平台销售、授权出版社、发表其他语言版本，并发展音频、影视或其他形式。Ordinary publishing is non-exclusive. Subject to existing third-party agreements, you may self-publish, sell elsewhere, license publishers, release other-language editions and develop audio, film or other formats.
3. 平台不得擅自改变你的作品3. We do not materially alter your work without permission
除非涉及明确的技术排版、安全或法律要求，平台不会在未经作者授权的情况下实质修改作品。编辑、翻译或改编建议由作者决定是否接受。Except for clear technical, security or legal needs, the platform will not materially alter a work without author authorization. Editorial, translation and adaptation suggestions remain the writer’s choice.
4. AI使用必须透明4. AI use must be transparent
上传作品不会自动授权平台将作品用于通用AI模型训练。如果未来某项AI用途需要额外授权，应明确说明用途和范围，并取得作者单独、主动的授权。Uploading does not automatically authorize general AI-model training. Future AI uses requiring extra rights should explain purpose and scope and obtain separate explicit opt-in.
5. 作者决定是否使用AI翻译5. AI-assisted translation is author-controlled
AI生成的翻译稿只是草稿。作者有权查看、修改、委托人工编辑、拒绝或不发布。未经作者确认，不应把机器翻译自动作为正式作者版本公开。AI-generated translations are drafts. Writers may review, edit, seek human editing, reject or decline publication. Machine translation should not become an official edition without writer confirmation.
6. 作者有权知道为什么内容受到限制6. Major content actions deserve reasons
创作自由并不意味着平台没有规则。平台仍需处理侵权、欺诈、骚扰、违法内容、严重隐私侵害及其他违反规则的行为；但重大限制、下架或账户处理，应尽可能向作者说明理由。Creative freedom does not eliminate platform rules. The platform must address infringement, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, serious privacy violations and other rule breaches; significant restrictions, removals or account actions should include as much explanation as reasonably possible.
7. 作者拥有申诉权7. You have a right to appeal
如果作者认为平台对作品或账户作出了错误处理，应当有明确的申诉渠道。重大内容决定不应该成为没有解释、没有回应的黑箱。Writers should have a clear appeal channel when they believe a work or account was handled incorrectly. Major content decisions should not be an unexplained, unresponsive black box.
8. 作者有权带走自己的作品8. You can take your work with you
作者可以导出自己的作品。平台将逐步支持 DOCX、EPUB、PDF 等出版格式，避免作者被锁在单一平台。Writers can export their work. The platform will progressively support publishing formats such as DOCX, EPUB and PDF so writers are not trapped inside one platform.
9. 作者有权获得自己的经营数据9. You should understand your business data
作者应该能够看到阅读、关注、订阅、销售、收入、主要读者地区和作品表现。对于可依法、合规导出的读者数据，平台应尽可能帮助作者掌握自己的读者关系。Writers should be able to see readership, follows, subscriptions, sales, earnings, major reader regions and performance. Where lawfully exportable, audience data should help writers retain meaningful ownership of reader relationships.
10. 作者有权离开10. You can leave
作者可以依照服务条款停止发表、撤下作品、下载数据并终止平台未来继续展示作品的授权。已经完成的交易、法律保存义务或读者已合法购买的内容，需要依适用规则处理。Writers may stop publishing, remove works, download data and terminate future display authorization in accordance with the Terms. Completed transactions, legal retention obligations and content already lawfully purchased by readers may require separate treatment.
