创作自由与明确边界Creative freedom with clear boundaries

平台支持广泛的文学、回忆录、评论、历史、专业知识和其他合法创作；同时必须处理侵犯版权、欺诈、违法内容、严重骚扰、隐私侵害和其他依法必须限制的行为。The platform supports broad lawful fiction, memoir, commentary, history, professional knowledge and other writing, while still addressing copyright infringement, fraud, unlawful content, serious harassment, privacy violations and other conduct that must be restricted under applicable rules.

透明处理与申诉Transparent actions and appeals

重大内容处理应尽可能说明理由并提供申诉渠道。Significant content actions should provide reasons where reasonably possible and offer an appeal path.

AI内容与辅助创作原则AI content & assistance principles

平台欢迎作者使用AI做翻译草稿、编辑辅助、元数据整理和读者洞察，但作者应对最终发表内容负责。平台将逐步区分 Human-authored、AI-assisted 与 AI-generated 内容；编辑精选可优先考虑人类主导创作。AI辅助翻译不会自动获得出版资格，必须经过作者最终确认。The platform welcomes AI for translation drafts, editorial assistance, metadata organization and reader intelligence, while writers remain responsible for final published content. We will progressively distinguish Human-authored, AI-assisted and AI-generated work; editorial curation may prioritize human-led creation. AI-assisted translations never qualify for automatic publication and require final writer approval.

作者发布时必须确认自己有权发表作品，并承担对第三方合同、版权和内容合法性的责任。At publication, writers must confirm they have the right to publish the work and remain responsible for third-party agreements, copyright and content legality.
